Things are nuts this month, so many things going on. So little time in a single day.

Breakfast:
2 servings cherrios and a banana - 360
AM Snack:
fiber one bar - 90
Lunch:
ham salad sandwich, grapes and 1/4 c. pasta salad - 442
PM Snack:
14 peanut butter m & m's - 105
Dinner:
1 c, corn chowder, 1 baked chicken leg and thigh - 440

Total Intake:1437
